MRA Group welcomes Michelle Flowers to the team as Vice President of Project Management and Development

HORSHAM, PA – September 29, 2026 – MRA Group adds a new member to its team, welcoming Michelle Flowers as Vice President of Project Management and Development. The appointment expands the firm’s in-house development capabilities as MRA continues to advance projects across the life sciences, healthcare, and higher education sectors.

Michelle joins MRA Group with more than 27 years of experience across commercial real estate, development, project and construction management, owner’s representation, and operational leadership. As Vice President of Project Management and Development, she will oversee the execution of real estate development and construction projects across MRA Group’s portfolio, guiding them through planning, entitlement, design, budgeting, construction, and delivery. She will also lead the project management and development team, with a focus on collaboration, operational excellence, and delivering high-quality projects.

Most recently, Flowers served as Senior Vice President of Operations for JLL’s Philadelphia market, where she guided the strategic direction and growth of the business across service lines. Throughout her career, Flowers played a key role in the development of major corporate headquarters projects, large-scale transit-oriented developments, and complex redevelopment initiatives throughout the Greater Philadelphia region. Her experience spans the full real estate life cycle from site selection, land development through occupancy and operations.
