MRA Converts Philly Strip Mall to State-of-the-Art Outpatient Center

Commercial real estate firm, MRA Group (MRA), announced the completion of the 11,200-square-foot redevelopment project at 7390 Bustleton Avenue, converting a multi-tenant strip mall into a state-of-the-art outpatient facility for client Holy Redeemer Health System.

Holy Redeemer is offering pediatric urgent care and through a collaboration with vybe urgent care, an independent operator of urgent care centers, the new community-based facility will also offer adult urgent care services. In total, the outpatient center offers pediatric and adult urgent care, specialty physician services, obstetrics and gynecology, imaging and diagnostic testing.
