PROJECT DESCRIPTION

When MRA purchased the nine-building campus in Breinigsville, PA, there was only one tenant occupying approximately 70,000 square feet with 115 employees working onsite. MRA developed the property and it has since emerged as the mid-Atlantic’s premier multi-tenant technology campus. Comprised of over 500,000 square feet on 137 acres, TEK Park features a diverse population of tenants in a wide variety of industries that could best utilize the existing advanced technological and high-end mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure. MRA’s vision for TEK Park was to create a synergistic, campus-like environment with cutting edge technology, university classrooms, conference facilities, and a business commercialization center for start-up firms and entrepreneurial ventures.
