As Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at MRA Group, Russell Peskin plays a pivotal role in shaping and sustaining the company’s operational excellence. Drawing on two decades of experience in real estate and hospitality, he is responsible for aligning MRA’s internal systems across operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high performance.
Before joining MRA, Russell held senior leadership roles at some of the nation’s most respected real estate firms. At Link Logistics (a Blackstone company), he served as Vice President of National Property Operations, overseeing a $9 billion development portfolio and building out the company’s internal operations infrastructure. Prior to that, he managed more than 26 million square feet of Class A properties for Liberty Property Trust and held leadership roles at IHG Hotels, Philmont Country Club, and The Union League of Philadelphia. A certified LEED Green Associate and board member for both BOMA Philadelphia and Widener University’s School of Hospitality Management, Russell is inspired by a leadership philosophy that empowers people to take ownership of their work. He believes that mistakes are essential to learning, as long as they lead to honest conversations and better outcomes.
Russell lives in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania, with his wife Alissa and their two children. He is an active supporter of philanthropic causes and community engagement, having served on several advisory boards and industry committees throughout his career. Whether mentoring young professionals or contributing to sustainability initiatives, Russell brings a spirit of collaboration and service to everything he does, both inside and outside the office.
