Mike Wojewodka

As President and Partner at MRA Group, Mike Wojewodka is the engine behind many of the firm’s most transformative projects. Since joining MRA in 2003, he’s helped shape the firm into a regional real estate powerhouse, guiding more than $2 billion in new construction and large campus redevelopments while expanding the firm’s management portfolio to over 4.5 million square feet. Mike’s superpower is a rare mix of strategic vision and creative negotiating, particularly when it comes to executing complex real estate transactions. Mike has spearheaded several high-profile acquisitions and redevelopments, including prominent corporate campuses formerly operated by AT&T Bell Laboratories, Dow, and DuPont, to name a few. Beyond development, he’s a trusted advisor to many of the region’s healthcare and higher education leaders, helping align their real estate assets with their long-term operational goals.
Before joining MRA, Mike served as Associate Vice President of a national political consulting firm in Washington, D.C., where he worked closely with lawmakers on regional and national campaigns. That experience sparked his enduring passion for economic and workforce development, work he continues today through active involvement in state and federal economic development advisory groups. He currently serves on the Pennsylvania Workforce Development Board, originally appointed by Gov. Tom Wolf and reappointed by Gov. Josh Shapiro, where he chairs the Manufacturing Subcommittee.
Mike lives in Jamison, Pennsylvania, with his wife and three daughters, proudly embracing the role of “girl dad.” You can often find him on a field, court, or theater cheering them on. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and supports several philanthropic causes through the Wojewodka Family Foundation, which focuses on youth causes.
