Jeremy Sunkett
Jeremy Sunkett serves as Vice President of Real Estate Services for MRA Group, where he oversees all service deliveries including property management, lease administration, client accounting, and strategic advisory. Jeremy possesses a wealth of professional experience in real estate including transaction management, program management, operation execution, strategic planning, and oversight of complex projects.
Before entering the real estate industry, Jeremy held several economic development positions in Pennsylvania and New Jersey focused on strategy, funding, and management of a variety of real estate and infrastructure projects. Jeremy’s diverse background enables him to work on projects in urban and suburban areas, and across industries and sectors. In addition to his extensive experience in planning, design, construction, financing, and management of real estate, Jeremy brings a unique perspective and understanding around broader economic and policy-related issues impacting the industry.
Formerly, Jeremy served as Vice President of Corporate Real Estate & Strategy for Elwyn Institute, in Media, PA; Director of Real Estate for University of Delaware in Newark, DE; and Assistant Vice President for Business Operations, Real Estate and Finance for Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ.
Jeremy received a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University and a Master of Governmental Administration with a Public Finance Certificate from University of Pennsylvania Fels Institute of Government.
Jeremy resides in Haddon Township, New Jersey with his wife and son.
