Dan Shabel
Dan Shabel serves as Senior Director of Development for MRA Group. With over twenty years of experience in Real Estate and Law, Dan has a comprehensive background in legal and contract management, financial analysis, and project management. Dan's ability to navigate complex zoning, land development approvals, and entitlements has been instrumental with his successful commercial redevelopment projects.
Dan received a law degree from Rutgers University (he is currently admitted to the NJ, PA, and NY bars) in addition to a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University. Prior to MRA, Dan served as Vice President of Development for a commercial real estate firm where he excelled in asset management, leasing, and project development for portfolios in the northeast and Florida.
Dan resides in Mount Laurel, New Jersey with his wife, and is the proud father of two children.
