Joe is a Project Manager with MRA Development Services, Inc., a division of MRA Group, where he is responsible for project administration and the design coordination and construction of major client projects. Joe's vast knowledge of construction management, augmented by a unique understanding of facility operations and management, includes over 15 years of experience with a concentration in the HVAC and plumbing fields.

Prior to joining MRA, Joe was Vice President of Operations for Voegele Mechanical, an area mechanical contractor with annual volume ranging from $20 million to $40 million. Joe was responsible for day to day management of field operations as well as the accounting and project management functions of the company.

Joe completed his undergraduate studies at Villanova University, and obtained a Masters in Business Administration from St. Joseph's University. In addition, Joe attended Babson College School for Executive Education as well as numerous field specific continuing education forums.

Joe has served as a board member of the Building Industry Association of Philadelphia and has served on the national Management Methods Committee for the Mechanical Contractors Association of America. In addition, Joe presently serves on the facilities committee for St. Katherine of Siena parish in Wayne, PA.
