criteria or program goals. Our method of controlling
information flow from concept through completion ensures
a successful project, on time and on budget. MRA does
all of the following:
- Monitor the subcontractor competitive
bid process to ensure every aspect of the project
is accounted for, and minimizing the potential for
cost extras.
- Review the construction documents during
the design/development process to ensure that all
required information is incorporated into the drawings,
prior to the distribution of bid documents.
- Assist our clients in the selection
of the required team members including the architect,
structural and mechanical consultants and the general
contractor. We analyze the scope of work of all consultants
and make recommendations based upon their experience
and competitive fee.
- Collaborate with the general contractor
and other project team members in the preparation
of a definitive project budget detailing the proposed
scope of work.
- Coordinate project meetings to review
and resolve outstanding concerns pertaining to the
project schedule, permitting, budget, occupancy plans
and punch lists.
