Brian Sundermeir serves as Vice President of MRA Group, where his vast real estate development expertise influences the direction and growth of all MRA related entities. Brian is accountable for the oversight of MRA's delivery of a broad range of real estate development related services, including land development, project design, and corporate consulting. In addition, Brian serves as Sr. Vice President of MRA Development Services, Inc., where he has direct responsiblity for the oversight of the project and construction management division of MRA.

Brian's twenty plus years of commercial real estate development and project management experience is notable for its breadth and scope, encompassing land planning, financial structuring, design oversight, project management of a complete spectrum of projects. Brian's development experience includes over 3 million square feet of new, first-class office and highly complex medical facilities, and technologically advanced facilities with extensive infrastructures, to over 200 acres of multi-building business campuses. Brian has also managed and has been responsible for countless other capital improvement renovation projects of various scope and complications, such as serving as Senior Project Manager for the construction of the $22 million, state-of-the-art, television studios for QVC, Inc.

Prior to joining MRA, Brian held management positions with such nationally respected companies as Rouse & Associates (now Liberty Property Trust), Prentiss Properties, and Brandywine Realty Trust. Notably, Brian was responsible for the successful development of the Philadelphia region's first LEEDS-designated "green" office building.
