Since joining MRA, Jim has reviewed or negotiated more than 100 medical office leases, representing over 500,000 sq. ft. of medical office space. He has completed transactions with or for Lehigh Valley Health Network, Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg, Sacred Heart Hospital, Liberty Property Trust, AT&T Wireless, Brandywine Realty Trust, Mack Trucks, and Meridian Bank among others.

Prior to MRA, Jim Pauloski spent more than 20 years in various commercial capacities with Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., one of the largest multi-national industrial companies based in the United States.

During his tenure with Air Products, Jim negotiated, reviewed and administered hundreds of industrial, commercial, and office leases, saving millions of dollars in the process. He was also responsible for ensuring compliance with lease terms in order to avoid liability, and for auditing charges made by landlords for operating costs, maintenance, taxes and other expenses. Jim was also responsible for the creation and management of a major asset divestiture program, hazardous waste management and investment recovery programs.

He spent his last six years there as Real Estate Manager, where he and his staff managed all real estate activities for two of the company's four operating groups in North America.

Jim earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University and an M.B.A. from Lehigh University.

Jim currently serves as Treasurer on the Salisbury Township Board of School Directors and is active in other community organizations.
