Hank serves as Senior Director of Operations at TEK Park, MRA's 137-acre, 500,000+ square feet, nine building campus in the Lehigh Valley, and the mid-Atlantic's premier, multi-tenant technology campus.

Hank is a seasoned facilities management professional, experienced in all facets of buiding engineering, management, safety and maintenance. His expertise includes operating maintenance budgets up to $26 million and construction projects up to $65 million. Hank is extremely knowledgeable on preventive maintenance and CAFM systems, mechanical systems and electrical controls, and is proficient in Building Automation Systems (BAS) (Siemens).

Prior to joining MRA, Hank was Senior Manager of Facilities Engineering and Operations and North American Project Manager for Agere Systems (formerly Lucent Technologies), where he managed operations and maintenance functions for two, highly complex technology campuses, totalling 1.1 million square feet. In addition, Hank managed two Pennsylvania data centers, totalling 10,000 square feet, and supported centers domestic and worldwide.

Hank was also a principal in HJM Associates, where he provided HVAC mechanical systems consulting, as well as building automation programming for various modification and energy conservation initiatives, including operation cost analysis and cost reduction implementation. He also initiated operational stability and reliability for clients by creating preventive maintenance routines for Building Automation Systems. In addition, Hank documented all aspects of BAS, created a software change control system for ISO 9000, and implemented redundant control systems for critical business systems, reducing unplanned downtime significantly.

Hank earned a B.S. in Solar Engineering from Colorado Technology Institute, and remains very involved in pursuing sustainable energy alternatives.
