 Larry Stuardi serves as Chief Executive Officer of MRA
Group. In addition to directing the strategic objectives
of MRA, Larry is directly involved in the structure
and delivery of the varied services provided to MRA's
clients. Larry has developed the financial models utilized
by MRA in providing project feasibility analysis. He
has created the operating structure and performance
specifications used by MRA to direct modified
design/build construction projects of all types
and sizes, having created major cost savings for clients
in the process. Larry has orchestrated the retrofitting
of numerous office buildings, including the restructuring
of existing leases, renovation of the facility, and
financing of the entirety with institutional lenders.
In addition, Larry has represented various clients in
the development of their projects, starting from an
initial concept, through the feasibility phase (market,
financial) into design development, construction and
completion, and has successfully orchestrated the marketing
of the project for the client.
Larry has completed assignments for Frankford
Health Care System, Holy Redeemer Health System, Crozer
Keystone Health System, Jefferson Health System, Delaware
Valley Medical Center, Lehigh Valley Health Network,
Albert Einstein Health Network, Muhlenberg Hospital,
Doylestown Hospital, Riddle Memorial Hospital, Caremark
International, Metpath, Inc, Baxter International, Unisys
Corporation, Corning Glass, USX Corporation, Johnson
& Johnson, Rohm & Haas, DuPont, Meridian Bank,
Schering Labs and Prudential Insurance Company, among
others.
Prior to the formation of MRA, Larry Stuardi
served as a real estate developer with Rouse & Associates,
a Philadelphia-based, nationally recognized developer
of office, industrial and mixed used residential properties.
Larry was responsible for land acquisition, planning
and governmental approvals, financing, design, construction,
marketing and management for over one million square
feet of projects. In addition, he negotiated over 300,000
square feet of lease agreements on behalf of Rouse &
Associates
Prior to Rouse & Associates, Larry
was with a Philadelphia-based commercial/investment
real estate firm, where he focused on corporate sale/leaseback
arrangements, investment sales, site analysis and selection,
and corporate tenant representation.
Larry Stuardi currently serves on the
Board of Directors of Kutztown University Foundation,
Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
