Joseph McCawley, Jr. serves as Vice President of MRA Group, and as Senior Vice President of Anthem Partners, LLC, an MRA-related acquisition and holding company. Collectively, MRA Group works together as a team in a holistic manner to deliver quality services to our clients, while Anthem focuses on our collective intent to develop projects for our own account.

Prior to joining MRA, Joe directed a real estate development and investment firm with an emphasis in acquisitions, development and financing. He has demonstrated expertise in the full spectrum of disciplines necessary for the successful development and construction of office and industrial buildings, apartments, and condiminiums. Joe has directly orchestrated and managed multiple, complex projects in numerous markets, including numerous multi-story office projects, totaling over 1,600,000 square feet with values in excess of $450,000,000.

With over twenty-five years in commercial real estate, Joe adds to MRA's depth and abilities in all aspects of our company portfolio, with particular emphasis on property acquisition, development, financing and property management. Previously, Joe served in the capacity of Vice President of Development for Brandywine Realty Trust, and as a consultant to several national real estate concerns.

Joe has direct accountability for the operations and growth of MRA's own portfolio, and for creating and maintaining financial relationships that will allow us to capitalize on our development skills.

Joe earned a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University, and currently serves on the East Goshen Municipal Sewer Authority.
