Breinigsville, Pennsylvania--June 2006--Anthem Partners LLC has commissioned MRA Development Services, Inc., a division of MRA Group (MRA) to construct a 140,000 square foot, high-tech office building on the TEKPARK campus in Breinigsville.

As project manager for the project, MRA is overseeing construction on what is currently a building shell, known as "Five TEK".

In April 2006, Anthem Partners hired MRA to transform that shell into the site of Buckeye Pipe Line Company's new corporate headquarters.

Upon completion, Buckeye will occupy approximately 70% of the building and will relocate more than 200 employees to the site, part of their consolidation of employees from other offices throughout Pennsylvania and other states.

In addition to housing Buckeye's administrative and engineering offices, the new building will be home to a state-of-the-art, 24/7 command center, which will be used to monitor the company's 5,000 miles of petroleum pipeline throughout throughout the East Coast.

This modern facility will be an ideal addition to TEKPARK, an 800,000 square foot, nine-building campus on 137 acres in the Lehigh Valley.
