As project developer, we accept full financial

project. MRA assumes responsibility for hiring all third
party consultants and managing the design and implementation
process. We establish the critical-path project schedule,
direct design decisions and facilitate the value engineering
process in order to achieve cost-effective design.
MRA provides the necessary management
expertise to orchestrate the project team, coordinating
all allied professionals necessary to obtain required
approvals and permits, design the facility within the
budgeted guidelines, complete the construction per the
approved schedule, and prepare the facility for occupancy
as planned.
