Halyna (Lena) Dankiv serves as Controller and Director of Client
Accounting at MRA Group, where she is responsible for the financial stability of
a Property Management portfolio of over 40 properties in the tri-state area. She manages
accounting operations and oversees the analysis of monthly financial statements in close cooperation
with property managers. In addition, she ensures that clients' transactions are processed
accurately and financial statements are delivered to the clients on a timely basis. Possessing a broad range of financial accounting experience,
Lena also provides leadership to MRA's extensive property management and corporate accounting department.
Lena was promoted to this position after serving in various capacities within MRA, including
Client Accounting Manager and Property Accountant, where she oversaw much of the growth and
success of this department.
Prior to joining MRA, Lena gained valuable industry experience in financial and operational management
in real estate and construction services. She earned her B.S. degree in Finance from Lvivska
Polytechnika University in Lviv, Ukraine.
