Halyna (Lena) Dankiv serves as Controller at MRA Group, where she is responsible for directing
the company's financial operations and accounting practices, including management of financial, cost and governmental accounting functions. She is also responsible
for general accounting, accounts payable, and payroll; ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures.
Lena was promoted to this position after serving in various capacities within MRA, including
Client Accounting Manager and Property Accountant, where she oversaw much of the growth and
success of this department.
Prior to joining MRA, Dankiv gained valuable industry experience in financial and operational management in real estate and construction services. She holds a bachelor's of science in finance from Lvivska Polytechnika University in Lviv, Ukraine.
