MRA Group Announces Changes to its Management Team

Plymouth Meeting-MRA Group (MRA) announced the promotion of Halyna (Lena) Dankiv to Controller, and Lynda Howard to Director of Client Accounting.

As Controller, Dankiv is responsible for directing the company's financial operations and accounting practices and ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures.

Dankiv was promoted to this position after serving in various capacities within MRA, including Client Accounting Manager and Property Accountant.

"Lena has proven to be a valuable addition to the MRA team over the years," said Chief Executive Officer Lawrence J. Stuardi, "Her expertise and experience in every facet of accounting, and specifically property management accounting has been instrumental in strengthening MRA's capabilities and service offerings."

Prior to joining MRA, Dankiv gained valuable industry experience in financial and operational management in real estate and construction services. She holds a bachelor's of science in construction engineering and a master's of science in finance, both from Lvivska Polytechnika University in Lviv, Ukraine.

In her new position as Director of Client Accounting, Lynda Howard is responsible for management of the property accounting staff, as well as overseeing the financial stability of a property management portfolio of over eighty health care, office, retail and educational properties in the tri-state area.

An experienced accountant, Howard brings a broad range of real estate and accounting experience to MRA, including over 15 years of as property management accountant.

Prior to MRA, she worked for a real estate organization in Montgomery County, performing a number of tasks, including property and client accounting, and property management. Lynda is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Pennsylvania.
